Colleen Murray represents the third chapter of leadership for the assembly, which started in 2019, following five years as a member. Born in Portland, Oregon and with almost 30 years of experience working in the Portland metro area (mostly downtown), Colleen is passionate about the small feel and vibrancy of a business community that invests, collaborates, and celebrates its city and stewards the natural environment.

Colleen is a Fractional COO and consultant for service businesses.
